摘要: Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT)-cement composites of 0–3 connectivity were produced and the effects PZT particle size content on ferroelectric hysteresis behavior investigated. It is clear from measurements that has a strong influence polarization-electric field loop with smaller sizes 75 μm 212 loops found to exhibit lossy characteristic. At 425 size, composite exhibits more typical loop. There also significant increase in remnant polarization increasing where was have significantly higher instantaneous (Pir ) comparison sizes. Furthermore, Pir as volume increases 40–60%, while coercive (Eic decreased reached saturated value when 60%.
