摘要: The pattern of retinal projection to the hypothalamus and morphological properties ganglion cells that comprise retinohypothalamic tract have been examined in cat. Intraocular injections horseradish peroxidase revealed a dense ventral suprachiasmatic nucleus; however, lighter projections were seen dorsal nucleus, hypothalamic regions both lateral nucleus. Intrasuprachiasmatic nucleus retrogradely labelled small medium soma size. exhibited long thin dendrites sparsely branched. significant change size associated with eccentricity. characteristics project are similar those gamma cells.
