摘要: The nuclear accidents in Chernobyl Ukraine 1986 and Fukushima Japan 2011 shocked the world. Because of widespread release radiological materials during these accidents, tens thousands citizens were evacuated from their houses. Since post-nuclear decontamination is time-consuming, resettling evacuees temporary housing facilities became imperative. If a accident occurs one four power plants Taiwan, Taiwanese government agencies would have difficulty accommodating because unavailable resettlement sites, inappropriate layouts, delayed construction projects. Therefore, to assist prepare solutions, this study proposes an approach that integrates computer simulation-, Building Information Modeling (BIM)-, project management-based information techniques. In simulated scenario, examined efficiency approach. tests revealed effectively selected confirmed scheduled Overall, results can be help similar applications emergency management regarding accidents.
