摘要: Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare, idiopathic, benign histiocytic proliferation usually seen in younger patients. Massive lymphadenopathy most commonly involves the cervical lymph nodes, with predominant infiltration of sinusoidal histiocytes. Nearly half patients will have extranodal involvement, 75% occurring sites head and neck. Three cases neck involving nose, paranasal sinuses, parotid gland are presented. The clinical presentation, histologic characteristics, radiographic findings, treatment discussed. Because scarcity cases, histopathologic features this may be overlooked. Familiarity its relatively frequent manifestations neck, as well diagnostic histopathology, should preclude confusion other entities.
