摘要: Constraining the thermal and denudational evolution of continental margins from extensional episodes to early orogenic stages is critical in objective better understand sediment routing during growth topography. Here, we report 160 detrital zircon U/Pb ages 73 (U-Th)/He Albian, Upper Cretaceous Eocene sandstones south-central Pyrenees. All samples show dominant age peaks at 310-320 Ma, indicating a primary contribution Variscan granites central Pyrenean Axial Zone. A secondary population 450-600 Ma documents grains sourced eastern Zircon recovered older document, Triassic peak ca. 241 corresponding denu- dation coeval with initiation Atlantic rifting.
