Predictive control of a back to back motor drive based on Diode Clamped Multilevel converters

摘要: In this work, a Back to converter based on Diode Clamped Multilevel topology is presented. Both converters are controlled using model predictive approach. The control objective of the front-end DC bus voltage regulation with sinusoidal current and unity power factor, while load drives an induction motor through direct torque control. algorithms search for best switching combination in order optimize their corresponding targets also balance issue. sequence controllers carried out autonomously no need information exchange about states. performance conversion system evaluated by means computer simulations.
