摘要: The relationship between usability and training remains to be explored in health informatics. We examine the given during implementation of an institutional electronic medical record system, as well system from perspective new users who have been recently trained. which ways video-based testing with users, received classroom one month earlier, can used a) indicate needed changes program, b) provide feedback improve customization deployment. Usability methods were found important adjunct deployment: they suggest strategies for user education.
