摘要: We investigate the thickness dependence of lattice constants a chloroiron(III) derivative tetraphenylporphine (ClTPPFe) epitaxial crystals grown on alkali–halide substrates, KCl, KBr and KI, in order to study accommodation misfit strain, do not observe any obvious dependence. Moreover, orientational disturbance alkali halides formation amorphous islands an carbon film are observed. On basis these results, we propose mechanism that orientation surface-diffusing molecules contributes significantly growth ClTPPFe halides.
