摘要: Glia cell tumors or gliomas are the most commonly occurring brain tumors, with an incidence of 38% all intracranial tumors. Several classifications have been proposed, but probably accepted today is that distinguishing high-grade malignant gliomas, including glioblastoma multiforme, anaplastic astrocytoma oligodendroglioma, and Kernohan’s grades 3 4 astrocytoma, which grow rapidly; low-grade Smith’s A, B, C 1 2 pilocytic spongioblastoma. Although histological grading different has subject many controversies since Bailey Cushing in 1926 [1, 4, 12, 23, 26], for prognostic purposes clinical practice distinction between malignancy appears to be more essential importance than differences oligodendrogliomas astrocytomas 2. Each two groups — accounts about 50% slight Japanese European American series.
