摘要: Abstract Several of the seventeen macroinvertebrate associations found in Corallian (Middle and Upper Oxfordian) England Normandy show preferences for particular environments whereas other, consisting mainly epifaunal organisms, display a high degree independence. Because different seem to have been able live similar environments, fauna is not very useful tool interpreting bathymetry, except if all other available evidence (e.g., sedimentary structures, trace fossils) taken into account as well. Most transgressive horizons observed southern postulated fairly widespread, could also be Normandy.
