摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine the antiobesity effects lactic acid bacteria-fermented Dioscoreae Rhizoma powder (LDR) in Sprague-Dawley rats with high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity. Rats were divided into 5 groups: normal group, control (high fat diet-vehicle) 0.4 g/kg LDR + powder) 1 2.5g/kg group. Our results indicate that administration has on decreasing body weight, blood parameters and adipocyte size obesity animals. In addition, verified degeneration ballooning alleviated experimental group fed a high combined groups. These may reduce elevating weight lipid accumulation rat diet, suggesting its usefulness as functional food for reducing
