摘要: Polyelectrolyte PTPEPyH, containing tetraphenylethene (TPE) and pyridinium, was synthesized. Its optical properties were investigated with spectroscopies the results showed that there two emission-enhanced stages in interaction between positive-charged PTPEPyH negative-charged biomacromolecule heparin. The mechanism very different due to reduced non-radiative energy loss change of surroundings. polyelectrolyte compared ChS HA, also high selectivity for heparin buffer solution could be used as a potential bio-probe quantification clinical full range.
