摘要: To avoid many of the disadvantages traditional clinical examination we have introduced structured examination. In this students rotate round a series stations in hospital ward. At one station they are asked to carry out procedure, such as take history, undertake aspect physical examination, or interpret laboratory investigations light patient's problem, and at next answer questions on findings previous their interpretation. As cannot go back check omissions multiple-choice minimal cueing effect. The may be observed scored some by examiners using list. variables complexity more easily controlled, its aims can clearly defined, student's knowledge tested. is objective marking strategy decided advance. results improved feed-back staff.
