摘要: Abstract The presence of agricultural herbicides in the aquatic environment is one most important problems water resource ecosystems. present study was performed to remove 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and glyphosate from aqueous solutions by Thiol modified magnetic mesoporous silica (magMCM-41) nanoparticles using extracted rice husk ash, modification 3-Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (Thiol) functional group. properties synthesized were investigated XRD, FT-IR, TGA, VSM, pHZPC TEM analyzes. efficiency adsorbent also studied investigating effect pH, time, dose, initial concentrations contaminants. results this showed that highest rate elimination observed at 20 mg L−1, dose 0.2 gL−1, contact time 30 60 min pH 6 5 respectively. Under optimum conditions, 83.44 % 79.38 removed for glyphosate, Also, adsorption capacity SH-mgMCM-41 120.36 108.53 mg/g, isotherms Langmuir model had a little better fit with correlation coefficient 0.99 0.98, thermodynamic process endothermic spontaneous. After consecutive adsorption-resorption cycles removal 72 65 %, SH-magMCM-41 nano-adsorbent can be an effective herbicides.
