摘要: Because morphine is often found in the postmortem (PM) blood samples of patients treated with or abusing drug, its causation death has to be considered. The possibility PM redistribution opioid drug not been studied previously. We adult Wistar rats 4 mg/kg i.m. and measured cardiac cavity levels at time death, by killing (2 h postdose) 24 96 PM. Morphine concentrations rose from 41.4 +/- 13.2 ng/ml 111.9 66.6 (p = 0.00036), no additional increase (98.7 21.7 ng/ml). After there was accumulation endogenous substances cross-reacting radioimmunoassay. Although these attribute only 3% total morphine, they may complicate interpretation "readings" who had received drug. Our study suggests that after substantial morphine. Elevated cannot necessarily interpreted as representing antemortem concentrations.
