摘要: Urban systems theory offers a useful and potentially powerful way of analysing public policy service expenditures, research field which, in the past, has lacked general good empirical results. It is hypothesized that just as cities which play an important role national urban system provide wide range specialized expensive goods services private sector, so also will they tend to spend heavily on amenities. Following recent theoretical developments, presence headquarters major companies used measure importance English Welsh system, this related expenditures. The results strongly support hypothesis, suggest levels expenditure, particularly what are termed indivisible services, characteristics rather than directly concentration business headquarters.
