摘要: The purpose of this paper is, first, to examine the role two key organizational determinants work engagement among employees operating in human service organizations – justice and leader–member exchange (LMX) nonprofit i.e. social cooperatives Italy and, second, whether any interaction effect exists between these variables, more specifically if LMX plays a moderating relationship perception employees’ engagement.,The analysis was developed through administration questionnaire 290 ten Italy.,The results support hypothesis positive relation both distributive procedural engagement. In addition, aforesaid moreover found be stronger experiencing high levels than those reporting little LMX.,Despite some limitations, has theoretical managerial implications.,This contributes research on important enhancing pivotal interacting leader boosting relationship.
