摘要: We report combined electrochemical double-layer capacitance (EDLC) and pseudocapacitance in reduced graphene oxide (rGO) thick film like paper due to annealing temperature variations. The influence of (from room (RT) 1000 °C) on the structural, morphological, electrical, properties rGO was evaluated. Upon increasing temperature, shifting dominant (002) X-ray diffraction (XRD) peak a higher degree, volume expansion, red-shifting G band Raman spectra were observed. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) images showed reduction interlayer distance sheets from 0.369 0.349 nm as increased RT °C; these results congruent with XRD results. According photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), presence hydroxyl, carboxyl, other oxygen-containing groups decreased samples annealed at temperatures. attached functional groups, electrical conductivity, supercapacitance papers found be mutually interrelated could tuned by varying temperature. 200 °C 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte scan rate 50 mV s−1 exhibited maximum specific 198 F g−1.
