摘要: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality, affecting both developed developing countries. Whilst it well recognized that our risk CVD can be determined by interaction between genetics lifestyle, this only partly explains variability at population level. Based on these well-known factors, for many years, intervention primary prevention strategies have focused modifying lifestyle factors in adulthood. However, research shows pre-determined early life environment area known as Developmental Origins Health Disease.
