摘要: Atmospheric pyrolysis and gasification of kraft black liquor solids (KBLS) in the presence TiO2 was conducted a pilot fluidized-bed system operated at 700−900 °C. The effects temperature, air ratio, particle size on product gas composition yields were investigated. major components gases are carbon monoxide, dioxide, hydrogen, methane, ethylene. residual organic inorganic (carbonate) bed determined. heating value its behavior with operating conditions also It found that addition to gasifier had little influence KBLS. results suggest for practical KBLS gasification, temperature should be as high possible (but less than ∼ 900 °C), ratio controlled 0.3−0.4.
