摘要: The microwave spectrum of allyl alcohol has been investigated in the frequency range 8–35 Gc/sec, for normal sample (CH2CHCH2OH), deuterated (CH2CHCH2OD), and 18O‐substituted (CH2CHCH218OH). For sample, 20 transitions, which can be attributed to rotational absorption by a gauche form molecule, are reported both ground vibrational state first excited state. constants indicate assigned conformation is allows an H bond between π electrons OH group. molecular‐dipole‐moment components have determined from Stark‐effect measurements, |μa|=1.41±0.02 D, |μb|=0+0.07 |μc|=0.65±0.01 μtot=1.55±0.04 D.
