摘要: A novel bridged silsesquioxane (BSQ) monomer was synthesized from 3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane and (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane based on the reaction between epoxy amine groups. The used to fabricate aerogels with excellent mechanical properties via sol–gel processes followed by supercritical CO2 drying. influence of conditions chemical structure, morphology property investigated NMR, TGA, SEM, nitrogen sorption analysis DMA. BSQ prepared optimal procedure showed high performance (compression modulus 20.4 MPa) low density (0.22 g cm−3), which are great advantage for practical applications. Further, SiO2/BSQ composite significantly improved than SiO2 can be obtained co-condensing tetraethoxysilane. abundant hydroxyl groups in precursor believed contribute robustness due strengthened skeleton intermolecular H-bonds.
