摘要: The environmental and noise impact of airports often causes extensive political discussion which in some cases even lead to transnational tensions. Analyzing local approach departure patterns around an airport is difficult since it depends on a variety complex variables like weather, general regulations many more. Yet, understanding these movements the expected amount flights during arrival great interest both casual expert users, as planes have higher areas beneath phases. We present Visual Analytics framework that enables users develop flight behavior through visual exploration historical data interactive manipulation prediction models with direct feedback, well classification quality visualization using random metaphor. showcase our real world from Zurich International Airport region, where aircraft has led ongoing conflict between Germany Switzerland. use cases, findings feedback demonstrate how helps situation substantiate otherwise subjective discourse topic.
