摘要: 5'-NUCLEOTIDES ARE PRODUCED BY CULTURING HYDROCARBONS-ASSIMILATING MICRO-ORGANISMS BELONGING TO THE GENERA Corynebacterium, Brevibacterium, Pseudomonas or Arthrobacter in a culture medium containing hydrocarbons as carbon sources and subsequently suspending the resultant grown micro-organisms alkaline aqueous solution of pH range 8.0 to 10.5.
