摘要: The effect of thermal treatment over a wide range temperature (130-280 degrees C) on the crystallization behavior nylon 6 was studied by using DSC, FTIR, and polarized light microscope equipped with hot stage. subsequent melting samples treated at different temperatures (T-s) were classified into four types. When T-s higher than 236 C or lower 213 C, insensitive to variation T-s. in 213-235 sensitive change microscopic experiments have demonstrated that large amount tiny ordered segments/cluster persisted when film are heated 231 C. Consequently, fastest speed observed. As between 214 223 both T-m Delta H-m those other temperature. investigations also molten crystallizes un-molten crystals as nucleation center 220 Crystallization produces thicker crystalline lamella. above results helpful for rational design procedure obtain features.
