摘要: Cytoplasmic granules from activated natural killer (NK) and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) contain a pore-forming protein, perforin, several homologous serine proteinases called granzymes. Expression of these proteins correlates with the cytolytic potential lymphocytes. Using panel MoAbs specific for human granzyme A B, respectively, expression in non-pathological lymphoid tissue peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) subpopulations was investigated. immunohistochemistry double stainings, phenotype granzyme-expressing cells Granzyme-positive were detected all tissues tested. No large differences number distribution between A- B-positive observed. The highest positive located red pulp spleen. Significant numbers tonsil, lymph nodes, liver thymus. Low present lamina propria non-inflamed stomach, small intestine colon. Phenotypic analysis cell sorting showed that most granzyme-positive PBL consisted CD3-CD16+CD56+ Hardly any CD3+CD8+ CTL blood. synthesis as well B by both CD3+CD16+CD56+ increased upon IL-2 stimulation. These results indicate normal predominant population is formed NK cells, are rare.
