摘要: A survey is presented of the range microstructures which may be developed in Si3N4 and Sialon ceramics by liquid phase sintering post-sintering heat treatment. The mechanical behaviour, oxidation corrosion resistance these reviewed various mechanisms for environmental degradation are identified. specific problem exemplified catastrophic strength — loss Sialons under oxidation/corrosion conditions.
