摘要: A Robertsonian polymorphism resulting in diploid chromosome number ranging from 59 to 61 and constant arm (fundamental = 104) was observed the albino rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum)) yellow color strain. In one individual, 90 mitotic chromosomes 156 arms were counted, indicating fish as a triploid. Morphology of chromosomes, DAPI staining, cytogenetic location 5S rDNA sequences showed sex-related chromosomal heteromorphism specimens. Additionally, length X detected studied individuals two morphs described, XL XS, according size its short (p). The XS female well male trout; however, among females, no XSXS genotype found.
