摘要: Purpose : The purpose of the present study was to measure by means especially developed apparatus anal and intrarectal pressure before after different operations for perianal fistulas as well correlate degree incontinence evaluated Fecal Incontinence Severity Index (FISI) with changes in measured pressures type operation used. Material methods covered 311 patients who were operated several methods. Anal canal at 5 levels rest, squeezing cough, 6 months operation. FISI form used detection. Results Resting, cough higher men operations. Average reduction rest 10-15%, contraction 20-25% 5-10% resulted mild according score. 20-25%, 30-40% correlated postoperative moderate No severe registered examination. Usage method elastic ligation fistulas, i.e. Hippocrates-Thoma Junescu caused highest percentage (15,9%) one (4,3%) FISI. presented incontinence. Conclusion sphincter tonometry demonstrated a significant surgery fistulas. This objective decrease tone score arguing Hippocrates-Thoma-Junescu rate (around 20%) reduction.
