摘要: Multi-dimensional instruments in the addiction field developed United States as well other countries are limited. The Maudsley Addiction Profile (MAP), a brief, multidimensional instrument Kingdom (UK), is designed to assess treatment outcome of individuals with alcohol and/or drug (AOD) problems and associated issues.This measure consists sixty items across domains substance use, health risk, physical/ psychological personal/social functioning. MAP, which has been validated on British several European samples abusers, suggested for further validation. current study was examine psychometric features MAP sample American AOD users. Subjects included 133 patients who had admitted an inpatient psychiatric hospital ; they identified recent abuse history. Seven interviewers were trained criterion; 90 percent agreement investigator achieved. test-retest reliability good (average concordance 0.96 eight substances 0.77 symptoms, functioning). interrater among seven (one researcher six clinicians) also (coefficients 0.95 0.78 problem areas).
