摘要: While composite indicators have becoming popular in many fields over the last two decades, Global Entrepreneurship and Development Index (GEDI) is first complex index focusing on multidimensional quality rather than quantity aspects of entrepreneurship. GEDI similar to other indices having a structure consisting variables (31), pillars (14), sub-indices (3). However, methodology differs from others important respects: (1) it combines individual institutional (2) considers interdependencies system. For we developed Penalty for Bottleneck (PFB ) methodology. The central tenet PFB that performance system depends weakest link. Higher scoring cannot exhibit their full effect because bottleneck. uniqueness this elements are only partially substitutable with each other.
