摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline Cd 0.3 Sn 0.7 Se thin films were prepared in four different thicknesses on glass substrates by vacuum evaporation technique at room temperature and subsequently annealed air 300 °C for 2 h. They possess a single crystalline phase. The structural, electrical, optical photoelectrical properties of these studied. lattice parameters the synthesized compound band gaps estimated results are discussed detail.
