摘要: Reduced cytochrome c oxidase is known to absorb strongly at 445 nm and 605 regardless of the chemical or physiological nature reductant. When reduced allowed interact with c3 under conditions in which there no net change oxidation state oxidase, absorption bands shift from those commonly found 443 603 nm.
