摘要: The most common forms of oesophageal cancers are adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Although the incidence SCC in United States tends to be declining, adenocarcinoma caused by Barrett's oesophagus has been increasing. Oesophageal cancer is regarded as one fatal malignancies with a short prognosis. Systemic manifestations patients PCNSL keep backward spite recent development chemoradiotherapy. MicroRNAs small non-coding RNAs that can post-transcriptionally down-regulate expression genes targeting mRNAs, causing their translational repression well degradation. exert critical functions many malignancy-related biological processes, including apoptosis, metabolism, proliferation differentiation. Many deregulated miRNAs have identified adenocarcinomas, but importance not yet fully elucidated. In this study, we review present evidence regarding potential applications associated microRNAs for prognosis diagnosis lethal disease.
