摘要: Triple-negative breast cancers (TNBC) are described as a human cancer subtype that does not express estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone (PR), they lack overexpression and/or gene amplification of epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2). TNBC highly aggressive, present among 10–15% all subtypes which constitute about 80% basal-like tumours. Plants produce diverse number organic compounds. Traditionally these natural products known secondary metabolites or phytometabolites. Bioactive products’ chemical structure function have been studied since the 1850s. Comprehending functions led to recognition their biological properties anticancer drugs. Among phytometabolites, phytoestrogens widely chemopreventive chemotherapeutic agent due high affinity interact with receptors. However, indifferent hormonal therapy, became therapeutic hurdle. The only systemic therapy currently left is chemotherapy often fails ability develop resistance Therefore, different theories exist, suggest focusing on drugs target survival-dependent molecular pathways instead. For instance, several studies reported depend NF-κB survive avoid apoptosis. aim this chapter discuss various bioactive extracted from parts plants mushrooms showing potential inhibitory effect against TNBC.
