摘要: New enteral connectors are now available based on the development of standards using International Organization Standardization process to prevent misconnections between systems that should not connect. Enteral devices with new patient access connectors, called ENFit, being introduced for purpose improving safety. Transitioning these poses benefits and challenges facilities or agencies implementing devices. Information from appropriate resources be sought by clinicians who need partner their suppliers clinical organizations see how best meet challenges.
