摘要: A glycoprotein is produced by a process comprising culturing mammalian host cells expressing nucleic acid encoding said in the presence of (a) factor that modifies growth state cell culture, (b) divalent metal cation can adopt and prefers octahedral coordination geometry, and/or (c) plasma component. In this process, occupancy an N-linked glycosylation site occupied only fraction enhanced. Such preferably carried out at temperature between about 30 °C 35 up to 2mM butyrate salt cell-cycle inhibitor.
