摘要: A lumped parameter model of an industrial HDPE reactor is presented. Discontinuity in the mode operation makes either a set 15 DAEs or 12 applicable to this system at any instant. The switches back and forth from one another reaching time averaged steady state. are integrated by DASSL. Using Box-Complex procedure, sum squares errors between plant data prediction minimised tuned. tuned parameters agree with literature values. Sensitivity analysis shows that manipulation pressure will yield faster change conditions as compared manipulating catalyst feed rate.
