摘要: The immunogenicity of two hepatitis B vaccines was compared in 8–10-year-old children immunized a school program. One year apart, 1129 received Engerix-B 10 μg vaccine (EB), and 1126 Recombivax-HB 2.5 (RB), following the 0, 1, 6 schedule. Blood samples were collected one month after third dose. Anti-Hbs measured by commercial radioimmunoassay. In EB group, 99.1% seroconverted (≥2 IU/l) to 99.7% RHB group (p=0.09). seroprotection rate (≥10 similar for both groups: 98.9% 99.2% RB (p=0.66). However, GMCs anti-HBs higher given those (7307 vs. 3800 mIU/ml, p<0.0001). This study showed that highly immunogenic, course regular field immunization difference observed antibody levels attained according may play role long-term protection these children.
