摘要: The concept of ecosystem integrity figures prominently in a large number regulatory and legislative documents. From the time 1972 Clean Water Act to recent vision mission statements following Earth Summit Rio de Janeiro, term concepts “integrity” have appeared Great Lakes Quality Agreement (1978), Canada Park Service Regulations (1988), Science Advisory Board Report (1991), Agenda 21, Ascend draft Montana Environmental Protection (1992), Environment Canada’s Mission Statement UNCED documents World Bank reports (particularly bank’s 1992 discussion biodiversity), many other documents, including Constitution Brazil (Chapter 6, Meio Ambiente).
