摘要: Simple, rapid and accurate assays for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) e (HBeAg) are helpful clinical diagnosis field epidemiological surveys. A commercially developed, immunochromatographic test simultaneous detection of HBsAg HBeAg was evaluated using a total 2463 selected samples (827 frozen sera, 1011 fresh 625 whole blood samples). Results the were compared with standard enzyme immunoassay (EIA) methods detection.
