摘要: Purpose In this study, the inhibitory activity of methyl esters and derivatives extracted from Euphorbia kansui (Euphorbiaceae) their effect on apoptosis cell cycle distribution in human gastric cancer line (SGC-7901) were evaluated. Methods The was evaluated by using trypan-blue, MTT (3-(4, 5-dimethyl thiazol-2yl) - 2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide), FCM (flow cytometry) assays. 5-fluorouracile (5-FU) used for a positive control. Results Six new root E. kansui. Subjecting SGC-7901 to extract indicated that ester could initiate growth inhibition induce these tumor cells. rates as measured trypan-blue assays significantly increased are comparable those common antitumor agent 5-FU. addition, effectively inhibited proliferation cells interfering with progression through G1 phase cycle. Conclusion current study indicates might be promising chemopreventive chemotherapeutic treating various forms causing inhibition.
