摘要: The concept of performability emerged from a need to assess system's ability perform when performance degrades as consequence faults. After almost 20 years effort concerning its theory, techniques, and applications, evaluation is currently well understood by the many people responsible for development. On other hand, utility combined performance-dependability measures has yet be appreciably recognized designers contemporary computer systems. Following review what means, we discuss present state with respect both scientific engineering contributions. In view current practice potential design applicability evaluation, then point some advances that are called if this indeed realized. >
