摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a highly advanced and sophisticated modality for cardiac motion tracking analysis, capable of providing 3D analysis global regional function with great accuracy reproducibility. In the past few years, numerous efforts have been devoted to recovery deformation from MR image sequences. Many approaches proposed computing parameters mechanical properties heart variety techniques. this paper, an updated critical review methods including major references those in ten years provided. The techniques surveyed are based on cine MRI, tagged phase contrast DENSE, SENC. This paper can serve as tutorial new researchers entering field.
