摘要: The impacts of buildings on the environment and health inhabitants are priority issues nowadays. For many environmental, social economic reasons, demand for building products made materials such as earth bio-based is increasing. Under certain conditions, mold growth can be observed surface materials, which raises questions about their use in buildings. In framework "BIOTERRA" ANR project, aim study was to develop characterize an based material incorporating plant fibers from both abiotic biotic points view. Compressive strength, thermal conductivity water vapor permeability this were determined. Microorganism sampling methods intended raw cylindrical specimens optimized, microflora profile these then obtained. results showed that straw addition led a decrease compressive strength increase insulation. However, it did not influence coefficient. Raw manufactured contained mainly Bacillus sp., Aspergillus sp. Penicillium Other compositions will characterized. Sampling developing here also used identify existing earthen
