摘要: A method of establishing a call to or from mobile station (MS) operating in Long Term Evolution (LTE) access network. An interface is established between the MS and Packet Mobile Switching Center (PMSC), initiated after network accepts service request for an originating call, notified terminating call. The PMSC requests packet-switched domain resources Policy Charging Rules Function (PCRF) establishes voice bearer channel with endpoint when requested are available. facilitates bidirectional traffic endpoint. may also use PCRF modify bearer. then signals parameters
