摘要: Family is an important, yet challenging, target for dietary intervention. This article describes the implementation of Hi5+, a family fruit and vegetable (FV) promotion program. Complementing fourth-grade school curriculum, seven weekly Fun Nites were at-home meal sharing game evenings. A sample families (N = 575; 69% consented) from schools in southeastern U.S. urban area received tailored intervention materials based on their FV attitudes interaction styles. pyramidal organizational design, using peer leaders, facilitated 71% to complete all sessions, whereas 84% completed at least one session. Significant independent predictors program completion attending introductory Kick-Off Nite, interactive style, additional adults household, married parents, being African American, earning more than $60,000, children household.
