摘要: Corneal ectasia is a progressive, degenerative, and noninflammatory thinning disorder of the cornea. Recently developed corneal reshaping techniques have expanded treatment armamentarium available to specialist by offering effective nontransplant options. This review summarizes current evidence base for collagen crosslinking, topography-guided photorefractive keratectomy, intrastromal ring segment implantation analyzing data published between years 2000 and 2014.
