摘要: Social networks have emerged as a critical factor in information dissemination, search, marketing, expertise and influence discovery, potentially an important tool for mobilizing people. media has made social ubiquitous, also given researchers access to massive quantities of data empirical analysis. These sets offer rich source evidence studying dynamics individual group behavior, the structure global patterns flow on them. However, most previous studies, underlying was not directly visible but had be inferred from one another. As result, we do yet understand spread or how network affects it. We address this gap by analyzing two popular news sites. Specifically, extract active users Digg Twitter, track interest stories spreads among show that play crucial role these sites, flow.
