摘要: The release rate of indomethacin from chitosan granules was compared with that conventional commercial capsules and a sustained-release capsule. In contrast the rapid capsule form, sustained observed. Furthermore, could be controlled by changing mixing ratio drug chitosan. The potential as an oral dosage form investigated in rabbits. When administered orally to rabbits, plasma concentration reached maximum level 1 h after administration. case 1: 2 mixture chitosan, did not give sharp peak concentration, but produced plateau indomethacin. area under curve (AUC)(0-8 h) value showed slightly higher than capsules. This may due slow longer residence time stomach. Thus, terms decrease maintenance plasma, were superior Indomethacin granule preparations using practically useful reduced side effects prolonged action.
